Yellow-green colour. Fine nose. Underripe, floral notes. A little towards bitter flowers. Lots of minerality. On day two it is more
open and also shows hints of spice and smokeyness. Fullbodied and a very mineral grüner veltliner in the mouth. Fine acids and fresh
style. The underripe fruit has a slight bitter element in the finish. Otherwise it shows nicely, but far from the quality of the
98-vintage. Fine acidity and length. Good.
