Light pink colour with orange hues. Fresh and floral nose. Hints of lime and currant. Also some light hints of biscuits,
not unlike from what you find in a pinot noir-champagne. Light and refreshing wine in the mouth. Limey fruit with good
concentration. A little depth. Quite special with it's hints of this biscuity-character. Very fine acidity and a
cleansing wine. Light tannins in the back. Fine rose with more interest than the norm.
