Yellow colour. A bit neutral pinot gris on the nose with apparent botrytis-notes. Hints of smoke, some minerality. The nose is much
more intense on day two and also shows a touch of banana/a tropical element. Powerful in the mouth, quite a lot of fatness. Some
sweetness. Smokey, botrytised fruit. Medium acids. Good length. Fine wine that was far better on day two and three. Perhaps not the
most exciting bottle and a tad expensive. But proved to be an excellent food-wine.
