This was a typical Arbois white made with lots of voile. Yellow/orange colour. Fine nose with hints of fenugreek, faded flowers,
nuts, citrus. Typical and to me a very fine nose. Fullbodied and dry voile-styled old-fashioned Arbois white. Perhaps a little lacking
in concentration. But fine depth in the fruit that is there. Hints of old woods, nuts, dark bread, faded flowers. Pungent and crisp
finish with a long and nutty taste. Drinking fine now, no reason to wait long, but it will last.

This bottle shows a typical lighter Jura vin jaune-like style. Quite evolved and drinking nicely now. Lightly golden colour. Fine and
complex nose. Intense hints of fenugreek, dark bread, nuts, some voile. Fullbodied wine in the mouth with medium concentration of
fruit. Evolved and fine. More citrusy than expected from the nose with hints of nuts and fenugreek. Crisp style with good freshness
and a long taste. Very fine wine.

Lightly golden colour. Pretty nose. Some flor-character with quite a lot of fenugreek on the nose. Hints of dried flowers and nuts.
Complex and a little evolved. Fullbodied wine in the mouth. Quite concentrated. Nutty fruit. Dried flowers and much sotolon. Some
flor. Crisp and dry Arbois. Complex. Long nutty finish. This is a very good wine. Drinking well now, can probably take on more age.
