Tasting notes
Transparent red colour. Fine nose of leather, wet earth, some anise and slight floral notes. Light wine in the mouth with a fine,
lightly complex fruit. Refreshing style with good acids and lightly tannic and rustic end. Foodfriendly and interesting wine best
drunk slightly chilled.

Brick-red colour. The fine nose shows leather, red fruits and flowers. Lots of high notes and quite elegant. Light wine in the mouth,
but one with structure. The fruit is light, but refined. Quite perfumed. Hints of leather and red berries. Fine
acidity and tannins showing in the back. Interesting wine and the far best of these bottles I have opened.

Brick-red colour.Fine and grape-typical nose with hints of smoke, anise, some floral elements and some tar. Slight acidic red
berries. Medium bodied in the mouth. Fine, clean and pure Poulsard with a good structure. Smokey notes with some anise and floral
hints. Typical subdued and reserved wine. Fine acidity and some tannins biting in the back. Very fine Poulsard.
