Very light straw colour. Refreshing, citrusy nose. Grape-typical hints of pear. In the mouth this is a light and simple sparkling-wine
with a highly refreshing quality. Fruit shows some pear and citrus. Medium concentration. Crisp style with high acidity and good
length. Serve well chilled on hot days where this will work prefectly.
