Light brick-red colour. Nose shows anise, rasberries and autumn-leafs. With air a little nice and floral high-notes. Easily
recognizable as pinot noir and with the added anise-notes I find typical of the Höllenberg-vineyard. Medium bodied in the mouth.
Still good concentration. A lot of fruit left and still quite primary and fruity with rasberries and some anise. But lacking a little
depth in the fruit. More easy-going unoaked style. Nice acids and some tannins in the back. This will probably outlive many 94's
from Burgundy. Drinks fine now, but can age 3-5 years further.
