Brown-red colour. Complex nose. Smokey, medicinal hints. Anise, some red berries. Quite unlike a burgundian pinot noir, yet still very
interesting. Off-dry and still lots of fruit in the mouth. Fruitier styled than on the nose. A fine smokey, anisy depth. Fine acidity
and some tannins still in the back. Drinking very good now, but seems to have the stuffing for more years. Great wine.
