Straw colour. Fine nose. Slight forest floor, minerality and citrus. Evolved and fine complexity. Medium bodied, clean and pure
spätlese with some sweetness. Fine fruit, but not the most concentrated wine. Mineral, and typical to the area with some
forest-floor-notes. Appley finish. Bright and refreshing acidity. Good length. A very well aged Ruwer-spätlese that would be even
better with a tad more concentration.
