This had a deep red colour. The nose here shows some oak, but this remains fine, feminin and almost burgundian with
hints of roses, red berries, slight anise. Very fine high notes. In the mouth this is a fullbodied and quite soft
Barbaresco with some sweetness from both the oak and the fruit. Still quite cool style and in a way charming. Fine fruit
and balance with the oak. Medium acids and the typical dry and structured finish that nebbiolo gives. Good. Would be
interesting to try again in 5 years to see if the oak integrates with time.
