Dark purple-red colour. Lightly earthy, inky fruit on the nose. Some anise and dark cherries. Light yeast and citrus-notes. Unoaked and
fresh barbera in the mouth with enhanced citrusy notes from the fizz. A little earthy style, hitns of ink. The CO2 lifts the acids.
Little tannins. The balance is a little odd, which is something I often find with red sparkling wines. Not my favorite.
