Transparent red colour with a brown rim. Quite red for such an old Barolo. Nose shows chocolate and dust. Touch of cherries. In the
mouth this Barolo is acidic and shy of fruit. Very thin, but still some tannins in the back. A little cherries and hints of
liquorice. Acidity and alcohol showing. No oxydation though. Too old, fruit has faded.
