Brick-red colour, almost a little browning. Looks mature. Pretty nose. Very masculin Barolo. Loads of tar, tobacco, some anise, a little
high-notes. Not the fullest and most concentrated Barolo in the mouth. Again masculin and evolved fruit. Fine notes of tar, tobacco,
anise. But not the most complex fruit. Medium acidity and some tannins in the back, but not the most structured Barolo. Very good wine
that shows fully mature from a somewhat minor vintage. This seems as ready as it ever will be. Drink over the next five years.
