Deep brick colour. Fine nose with typical hints of liquorice,
cherries, tar and slight floral high notes. Full-bodied, young
in the mouth with good concentration of cherryish fruit.
Some liquorice. Good acids and tannic end. Very good Barolo.
In need of at least 5 more years of aging to gain complexity.
Can remind a bit of the acid-driven wines from Prunotto
in the pre-90-era, when Beppe Colla was the winemaker here.
