Deep red colour. The nose is tell-tale old-fashioned nebbiolo of tar and lots of anise. A masculine style with much low-notes. Hints
of red berries. Fullbodied, transparent and quite slim Barolo in the mouth. Again there is lot os anise in the fruit. Quite Monforte-like
nebbiolo with dark earth, tar. A bit closed and simple right now. Fine acidity. Some tannins in the back. Young and quite tight. Very
good Barolo that needs 5 years to open up.
