Quite deep and brick-red colour. Fine and complex nose og wet forest-floor, mushrooms, minerals and floral high notes. Good body in the
mouth. Very concentrated fruit here. Complex and matured. A lot of fine forest-floor and floral hints. Some cherries. Acidic wine with
a tight and tannic end for this vintage. Long taste. Great food-wine. On top now, but will last. Very good '79 and a great Barolo.
