Straw colour. Lots of bubbles, quite small and fine mousse. Quite riesling-like nose of petrol, leafs, minerality, flowers. Aromatic
feel. Fullbodied, evolved fruit, a little on the earthy side. A light sweetness. Fine acidity, but a mild and round feel. Actually
could use a little more "acidic-bite" or dryness. This is more mild and round and aromatic. Fine sekt, but more good than great. Mature
now.
