This is a dry white made from mostly Garganega, but Quintarelli himself did not know the exact blend (the rest being whatever he had
available). Straw colour. Fresh and nice smell of citrus, flowers and minerals. Quite like a Soave. Good body in the mouth. Slightly
"oily" mouthfeel but with a good acidic structure. Hints of flowers, citrus, very slight tropical fruits and some minerals. Nice
bitterness in the finish. Good length. This has the quality of a very good Soave and is a great QPR for the price I paid for it.
Drink soon.
