Red colour, lightly towards bricking. Peppery nose. Somewhat evolved. Some dark berries, sweet bonfire-smoke. Medium bodied in the
mouth. Burgundy-like structure. Fine wine with clear fruit. Shows light evolvement and opens up with 1-2 hours of air. Some dried
flowers. Good acidity. Some lightly rough tannins on the finish. Very good wine. Yet I had perhaps expected a little more. The last
glass is the best. Try to give it a couple of more years.

Light brick-red colour. Intens and very fine nose. Floral notes. Bonfire, anise. Some earthy notes. Light complexity. Medium bodied
and acidic wine in the mouth. Plenty of fruit. Open and clear style. Typical blaufränkisch-notes of bonfire, anise, florality. Fine
depth, but it is more giving on the nose. Fine acidity. Light tannins. Killer nose. Very good in the mouth. Give it a couple of
more years. Great wine. This was far better than bottle number one.
