Tasting notes

Straw colour. Some spritz. Lightly earthy nose wit fine hints of stone, underripe flowers. Very dry and slim riesling in the mouth. Underripe fruit. Quite stoney and mineral style. Citrus and a touch of earth. Fine acidity and good length. Try again in 3-4 years. Very good.

This was my last bottle of this wine and I have to admit drinking all these far too early. This had not developed much at all since I last had a bottle about two years ago. Straw/greenish colour. Clean and mineral nose. Very pure and transparent style. Some hints of citrus and slate. Dry and slim riesling in the mouth. Some spritz. Again very mineral-driven and pure wine. Som citrus in the fruit. Too young at this stage with fruit undeveloped and not giving much. Fine acidic structure. Medium length. Give it another 5 years as this seems to have good potensial.
