Tasting Notes


Straw colour. Nose is flowery and a quite mineral and cool style of aligote. More subdued and elegant. Medium bodied in the mouth. Flowery and fine minerals in the fruit. Good acids and elegant style of aligote. Fine and foodfriendly style. Very good, one of the best aligotes I have tasted.
