Straw colour. Pretty nose, but not that intense. Fine hints of slate, flowers, citrus, some snow, minerality. Slim and acidic
kabinett in the mouth. Light sweetness, but quite rounded-off. Mature fruits. Highly mineral approach. Pretty Juffer-Sonnenuhr,
obvious. Some flowers and citrusy hints. Fine acidity for this vintage, medium length. This is fully mature now, but will still
keep for more years. Great kabinett.
