Straw colour. Great nose. Cool and very mineral. Slate, wet stone. Some citrus and undermature flowery hints. This is still a
young wine, but showing its energy. Some sweetness in the mouth. Medium bodied, slim and acidic mouthfeel. Fine fruit. Undermature
style. Flowery, slatey. Fine minerality. Citrusy hints. Still on the young side, but this is starting to blossom. Good complexity.
The acids cuts through everything. Leaving a fresh citrusy finish. Great spätlese that is drinkable now, but could use another 2-3
years in the cellar.
