Tasting notes

Straw colour. Fine, but a little shy nose with hints of honey, slate, sweet flowers, earth and some botrytis. Full-bodied and good concentration, but not the most powerful auslese GK, more elegant and structured. Quite floral and slatey frui, some earth and botrytis. Fine acids and length. A little more alcohol than normal. Very fine wine. Perhaps the best I have tasted from Weingut Stein.
