Deep red colour. No bricking at all. Intence and very complex smell of stable, leather, herbs, earth, anise and mocca. Good body in
the mouth. Great structure. Complex fruit. Good concentration. Cherries, earth, leather. High acidity and still some tannins. Long,
long taste. A tremendous bottle of wine that really lived up to the hype. Even from 74 that was a reallt poor vintage. Biondi-Santi
made no riserva this year. After about 1,5 hours in the glass the wine started to taste sour and tired. Strange since it showed so
much life until then. So I suggest to drink up remaining bottles.
