Straw colour. A little large bubbles for a Champagne of this format. It shows in the mouth. The mousse could be finer. Fine nose.
Typical citrusy Chardonnayish with hints of chalk, bread and some red fruit-notes. Slim and structured Champagne in the mouth. Fine
concentration and again quite chardonnayish with lot sof chalk and citrus. This could also be a vintage-thing. Hints of red fruits and
biscuits shows the pinot noir. Fine acidity and length. A little four-squared unelegant Champagne that should have had a finer mousse.
The aromatics are fine, but not the greatest depth yet. Try again in 3-5 years. Too expensive for the quality.
