Bottled around 95-96. Brown/copper colour. Fine nose of raisins, prunes, marsipan, caramel. Powerful in the mouth. Sweet. Quite
raisiny fruit. Some coffee and caramel. A little oxidative style. Medium acidity. Quite high alcohol. Long finish with hints of
coffee. Very long taste actually. Fine. Good for the price.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: Aug-99
Bottled around 95-96. Brown/copper colour. The nose shows pine needles, raisins, spice, orange peel. Fullbodied and sweet wine in the
mouth. Lots of fruit. More hints of caramel and orange. Raisins and typical passito-character. Juicy and refreshing dessert-wine with
a good acidity and length. Good.
