Clean light-pink colour. Mousse is not that fine. Rather course. Nose is fruity and fine. HInts of red berries, citrus, a florality
and hints of yeast. Medium bodied and a bit rustic sparkling wine in the mouth. Again noticable the mousse is a little course. Dry
style and quite fresh with good acidity. Fruit is quite simple and floral with hints of red berries. It has some refreshing qualities
but I wish it had more elegance. Medium length. A little disappointment from a usually reliable producer.
