Light straw colour. Limey, mineral nose. Lightly vegetal and a touch of tropical fruits. Slim and dry Silvaner in the mouth in a pure and
mineral style. Nice fruit, typical 2007; limey and mineral. Quite round Silvaner with a good acidic backbone. Good length. Drinks very
well now. A great kabinett.
