Tasting notes

Straw colour. The nose shows a lot of seaweed, oysters-aromas. Salt sea. Hints of citrus and wool. Reminds me a bit of aged Muscadet sur lie. In the mouth this is a very dry Silvaner with high acidity. Citrusy and slim feeling. Fine fruit with hints of salt sea and oysters. Long citrusy finish with some hints of nuts. Surprising Silvaner. Needs food. I like this very much.
