Disgorged 2001? Yellow colour. Medium mousse. The nose shows oxidized apples, honey, old woods. Some chalk. Mature Champagne in the mouth.
Baked apples, some chalk, old woods. Lacks freshness. Still good concentration, but this has not developed nicely. Simple fruit and not
that pleasent. Decent acidity and medium length. Should have been drunk earlier.
