Light straw/greenish colour. Pretty nose. Lightly aromatic Silvaner with hints of pear, grass, citrus and minerality. Slim and acidic
structure in the mouth. Lots of citrus. Clean and bright Silvaner with medium concentration. Pear and grass. Citrus on the finish.
Also some salty mineral notes. Good length. Young and fine Silvaner.
