Yellow colour. The nose shows oak, seaweed, oysters, chalk, minerality. And unfortunately also notes of caramel and oxidation that does
not belong in this bottle. Quite powerful Chablis in the mouth. The fruit is evolved and shows lots of seawwed, chalk, minerality. But again
it is disturbed by the presence of caramel-notes. Fine acidity and length. A wine that shows the greatness of what this wine is. But
unfortunately marred by some oxidation.
