Straw colour. Quite large bubbles for Champagne. Flowery nose with some hints of apples and soap. Medium bodied Champagne in the
mouth with aggressive mousse. Quite unelegant flowery fruit with hints of apples and soap. Lacking depth. Medium acids and length.
