Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Fine mousse, tiny bubbles. Nutty and intence nose with hints of toasted bread, coffee and loads of chalk. Powerful and concentrated wine in the mouth. Much fruit. Mature; bread, chalk and nutty. A little low acids for a Champagne, probably the vintage. But decent balance. Citrusy finish. Mature, but will last. Very fine indeed.
