Straw colour. Small bubbles. Great nose. Evolved chalky notes with hints of dark bread, sea - oysters, minerality, citrus. Complex.
Fullbodied in the mouth. Quite vinous Champagne. Concentrated and intense in the mouth. Very fine fruit. Evolved and on top now.
Typical chardonnay/Cote de blancs-flavours. Fine acidity. Crisp, but not that high for a Champagne. Good length. Outstanding Champagne
at peak right now.
