Tasting notes
Golden colour. Tremendous nose. Complex and intense. Lots of chalk, dark bread, smokey minerality. Hints of coffee, dried flowers and
a slightest hint of baked apple - showing just a faintly touch of oxidative character. Fullbodied blanc de blancs Champagne.
Impressingly much power and fruit. Evolved fruits, but complex and rich. At first almost a little fat. Loads of chalk and smokey
minerality. Hints of coffee. Fine flowery, almost tartufi-notes. With the food the acidity seems to wake up. The Champagne feels
almost slimmer and more structured. Playing better along with the food. Very long chalky and mineral finish. A complete Champagne.
