This is a fine and traditional pinot noir-dominated Champagne if not the most interesting and complex version. Straw, lightly
brownish colour. The nose shows hints of sweet biscuits, chalk, red fruits and citrus. Quite typical pinot noir-dominated nose.
Fullbodied and traditional Champagne in the mouth. Broad pinot-style. Red fruits, biscuits, chalk. Good concentration. Young and a
little agressive mousse. Fine acidity and refreshing end. Needs some time in bottle. Good.
