Light straw colour. Young mousse, not so much bubbles. Less than normal in Champagne. Fine and vinous nose. Mineral, chalky with hints of
citrus and seaweed. Light biscuit-notes. Fullbodied and very concentrated Champagne in the mouth. Fine and interesting fruit. Chalky,
citrusy. Mineral. Reminds me a bit of Clos des Goisses. Great acidic backbone. Elegant style. Long refreshing finish. Great Champagne that
impresses with it's concentration and finesse.
