Tasting notes

Straw colour. Light mousse. Pretty bubbles. Very chalky nose. A vinous style, yet this says so much Champagne on the nose. Mineral and chalky. A touch of flowers and apples. Light hints of biscuits. Powerful and concentrated Champagne in the mouth. Almost a touch of fatness from the sheer concentration. Something that is not usual in Champagne. Yet, refreshing and mineral approach. Chalky and clear fruit. Very precise and fine depth. Less bubbles than normal and a more vinous style. Fine acidity. Long stoney, mineral finish. Great Champagne that gives a lot of pleasure now. Tremendous quality.
