Slightly “blush”-like colour. Faintest touch towards pink colour. Young mousse. A little aggressive. Aromatic approach in the nose.
Appley, hints of biscuits, autolysis. Fullbodied, young and concentrated Champagne in the mouth. Appley fruit. Biscuits. Again highly
aromatic Champagne. Citrus and minerality. Young and unevolved. Fine acidity and length. Citrusy finish. Everything is in it’s right
place. Give it another 3-4 years to open up. Very good.
