Tasting notes
Straw colour. Quite deep. Chalky nose with some fine minerality showing. Also a little oxidative, broad style. Dry Champagne in the mouth
with little dosage. Mineral, chalky fruit with a biscuity edge. Transparent and clear style. But quite simple and I expected more depth
for this price. Good acidity and length. Nice enough, but too expensive for what it is. Will it develop more with cellar-time?
