Straw colour. Pretty bubbles. Small and nice in the mouth. Fine nose, quite vinous Champagne. Chalk, red fruits in the nose. Hints of
flowers, citrus and minerality. Fullbodied and structured Champagne in the mouth. Great acidic structure. Pinot noir-style in the
fruit. Lots of red berries here. Minerality and chalk. Little autolytic-character, again a vinous style. High and refreshing acidity.
Citrusy finish. Good length. Great Champagne. If I should be slightly critical, it could have had a tad more concentration of fruit.
Perhaps only a bit on the young side. Perhaps it will show more with another 5-10 years of aging.
