Tasting notes

Deep red colour. Quite fine nose of an oaked pinot noir. Meaty with hints of earth, red berries and oak. Medium bodied wine in the mouth. Lacking perhaps a tad intensity. The wines shows quite some oak. But also fine evolved notes of earth, meat, autumn leafs. Also red berries and floral notes. Fine acidity. Dry finish with some tannins. A bit rustic. This seems to have the structure for further aging, but the fruit seems ready to go. If you like oak in your pinot noir this is a decent bottle.
