Tasting notes

Very light colour. Brick-red with brownish rim. Shy nose at first. Opens up very nicely with a couple of hours. Complex and evolved. Hints of autumn leafs, anise, dried flowers. Light and mature wine in the mouth. Yet muscular and structured. Fine and evolved fruit. Much autumn-leafs and hints of dried flowers. Integrated oak. Some fur-notes. Quite high acidity that gives the wine a fine refreshing quality. Tannic end. Very good wine that could have had a little more fruit. Drink up now.
