Quite oxidative and raisiny Vin jaune. Lots of prunes and raisins. Some salt and nuts. Fullbodied in the mouth with a slight fatness
in front of the taste-curve. Powerful Chateau-Chalon. Again highly pruney and raisiny fruit with an oxidative touch. Slight
sotolon-notes and some nuts. Medium acidity. Dry finish with a little tannin showing. Still lots of life, but this is a bolder and
simpler version of Chateau-Chalon that is not to my taste.
