sotolon-notes. Fullbodied, slim and refreshing wine in the mouth. Concentrated and nutty fruit. Again a touch of sotolon and salty
minerality. Great depth. A clear and typical Vin jaune. Refreshing citrusy finish. Very long and dry taste. Great food-wine.
