This was a nice Pomerol that showed much merlot-notes and had a good concentration for this vintage. Deep red colour. Fine and
typical Pomerol-nose with hints of skin, lead-pencil and fine floral high notes. Quite merlotish. Medium bodied Pomerol in the
mouth. Typical and a bit soft style. Fine fruit with good concentration. Shows some development. A fine florality and good depth.
Medium acidity and soft end with mellow tannins. Drinking fine now, but can age further.
