This was an old-styled and rustic vin de paille, but with a great depth and complexity. Deep golden colour. Intense nose. Sweet and
raisiny with hints of smoke, caramel and apricot. Fine depth and complexity. Some evolved notes. Fullbodied and sweet paille-wine in
the mouth. Little fat and not much botrytis evident here. A bit on the rustic side with it's caramelly and raisiny fruit. But with a
great depth and complexity. Good acidity and length. Very fine sweet wine that is a dessert on it's own. Will last a very long time.
