Tasting notes
Deep red and lightly bricking colour. Browning rim. Very closed nose at first. Almost though it dead. After about two hours it opened
up and showed a lot of life. Nose showed leather, tobacco, cedar, blackcurrant and light stable. Complex and typical Bordeaux.
Fullbodied and tight wine in the mouth. Fine tobacco and herbacious fruit with a touch of red berries. Fully mature. Good acids,
better than normal for a Bordeaux and a lot of tannins in the back which will probably outlive the fruit. Drink now, be sure to let
it air first.
